1. Digital Design Services (Non-Tangible Products)
Since our services involve custom creative work, we operate under the following terms:
Refund Eligibility
- Before Work Begins:
- If you cancel before any work has started, you may receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
- After Work Commences:
- Due to the bespoke nature of design services, deposits and partial payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
- If a project is canceled mid-way, you will be billed for work completed up to that point.
No Refund After Approval
- Once a design is approved and final files are delivered, no refunds will be issued.
- Minor revisions (as per the agreed scope) will be accommodated, but major changes may incur additional fees.
2. Physical Products (If Applicable)
If we supply printed materials or physical goods:
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence for a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Items Shipped:
- We will cover return shipping and send the correct product.
- Change of Mind:
- Returns are not accepted for custom-printed items (e.g., branded merchandise).
3. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our services:
1. Notify us immediately – We will work to resolve the issue through revisions or corrections.
2. If unresolved, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, based on work completed.
4. Payment Reversals & Chargebacks
- Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in legal action to recover fees and damages.
